Happy Monday Everyone! This past week was a busy one (as usual), especially trying to come off the high of having family in town the week before. It is always so bittersweet after family leaves, and it was not easy getting back into a normal routine! I love routine though, and I find my body loves it too. Whenever friends & family are in town I tend to eat out more and stay up later, which I pay for later but it is worth it! Making memories are more important to me than stressing out over sticking to a certain lifestyle 24/7... it is all about balance! Below is a list of my favorites this week! Favorite Social Media
I am always looking for inspiration on social media and this past week I stumbled across shutthekaleup. Jeannette is a Wife, Mother, Yoga Instructor, and Health Enthusiast. Her instagram account is original, artistic, beautiful, funny, and filled with yummy food & snacks!! I love that she isn't afraid to enjoy life and food in balance! Go check her out!
Favorite Lifestyle Tool
I am always looking for a way to add more gratefulness and positivity to my life and this journal does just that! Not only is it beautifully made, but it is easy to use and filled with inspirational quotes! Each page represents a day and it is recommended that this journal should be the first and last thing you do each day. Each morning, before doing anything else, I write: three things I am grateful for, three things that would make today great, and my daily affirmations. Each night right before bed, I fill in three amazing things that happened that day and how I could have made the day even better. I have definitely seen a shift in focus since using this journal. Being thankful and seeing the good in each day has never been so easy! I love that it only takes 5 minutes, but is still a journal and something I can look back on!
Favorite Essential Oil

Camu Camu Powder
Camu what?! Camu Camu is a fruit found on a bushy riverside tree in Amazon Rainforest of Peru. I started adding this to my smoothies ( and sometimes yogurt) after finding out it contains the highest levels of naturally occurring vitamin C! It is also a 100% food based "supplement"! Can't beat that! Great for the winter cold & flu season and safe for the whole family! It is a tart, somewhat bitter powder by itself, but blends easily into smoothies! I ordered this brand from Amazon, but you can also find it at Thrive Market.
